Explore the nature of sound with our special programs
Experiencing a retreat will give you a good understanding and overview of the many aspects of yoga and sound healing. We usually give an introduction to asanas (postures), meditation, pranayama (breathing practices), philosophy, different styles of yoga, shatkarma (cleaning practices) and anatomy. We also organise havan fire ceremony and kirtan. We provide ayurvedic food and accommodation which will suit your practice. Retreats usually last for 3 to 12 days.
